GrillCheesy was originally a ghost kitchen run from The Heritage Diner at 275 Route 25A in Mount Sinai, New York, and a limited delivery menu from the same kitchen is planned. That menu appears only on the Menu page and in the Ghost Kitchen category. Posts about sandwich history and technique are written independently of it and do not promote it.
