GrillCheesy is a sandwich publication that covers the grilled cheese sandwich and every other sandwich, from the way they are made to where they came from.
The name began as a ghost kitchen run out of The Heritage Diner at 275 Route 25A in Mount Sinai, New York. The site is being rebuilt as a blog with a limited delivery menu from the same kitchen.
